A new statement also came from Cadillac said that the twin-turbo V6 will be the first engine that features a start-stop technology and cylinder deactivation. The titanium-aluminide turbines, forged crankshaft, sodium-filled exhausted valves and a 9.8:1 compression ration are some features that will give big contributions to the turbo V6 in maximizing its performance. The 3.6-liter is also expected to give the new 2016 Cadillac CT6 smoother sound, combined with Hydra-Matic 8L45 8-speed automatic transmission.
